Basically I've worked at this establishment for a while, and I had the "privilage" of going up to the "3rd floor". It's really just the attic. There's a bunch of items up there but nothing crazy, there's also an office up there for one of the higher-ups in the hacienda corporation. It's nice too it has a computer and carpet and everything (the office of one of the higher-ups). I know friends who have even spent the night in the attic, and nothing happened. The number of times I've closed Hacienda by myself and nothing still happened, even in the basement. So hopefully that answers the person's question who said they wished they were able to go to the 3rd floor (attic).

I worked here for a year back in the 2010s. I never experienced a single spooky or abnormal thing. They did have the third floor closed off. Absolutely no one was allowed up there as it was locked up. I had heard rumors that that’s where the activity took place, but again, no one ever even talked about it while working. No one I worked with ever had any experiences there nor did I. I’ve eaten there multiple times as well when I didn’t work there as I’ve grown up in this area and nothing. I’d love a chance to go up to the third floor, though.

When I was in the upstairs bathroom, I always get this really cold and tense feeling, as if I’m being watched, and the water sputters a lot, but that could be the septic. I’ve experienced the doors slam close in the bathroom on their own and I sat there for 30 minutes terrified for my life.

Saw legs under the stall door, when I first opened the men's room door. When the lights came on the legs were gone.

Have been there twice now, once ate upstairs and now we’ve eaten downstairs. But so far no experiences yet. I will be going till I see or hear something. But supposedly some of the staff have good stories. A lot won’t be in the upper dining room by themselves.
