This home dates back to 1921 and was built by Dr. Jess E. Ferrell. Now a bed and breakfast, the location is rumored to have a spirit that came with the purchase of an antique piano. Reports say the instrument came with a ghost that makes the decidely nonmusical sounds of banging and walking footsteps.

Welcome back

I have had the privilege to meet Linda and Jim, the owners. They provided the history of their beautiful property and the grand tour.
Iv investigated this property twice so far. One of my favorite EVPS- an elderly man clearly saying- welcome back. MANY very good evps. Its haunted- definitely!
