Reports say the instrument came with a ghost that makes the decidely nonmusical sounds of banging and walking footsteps.

I have had the privilege to meet Linda and Jim, the owners. They provided the history of their beautiful property and the grand tour.
Iv investigated this property twice so far. One of my favorite EVPS- an elderly man clearly saying- welcome back. MANY very good evps. Its haunted- definitely!
