This building dates back to 1905 and was the Pfeiffer family home which now operates as a coffee shop. The location is believed to be haunted by Fred Pfeiffer who grew up in the house. He moved to an assisted living center in 1989 and passed away in 1994, returning to his home as a spirit. Reports say Fred knocks over the salt and pepper shakers, opens and closes doors, and plays the piano.
